With over 25 years’ experience, Clay formed AccountingRx to assist businesses with financial and strategic planning, and risk management. Clay holds a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Accounting from University of Alabama, and is a Certified ProAdvisor for QuickBooks Online. He has extensive experience in due diligence, budgeting, cash flow, auditing, forecasting, debt restructuring, business sales, and job costing.
Firm Administrator & Accounting Specialist
Tammy has over 20 years of office management experience in both the HVAC and medical fields, and is a Certified ProAdvisor for QuickBooks Online & Desktop. Aside from traditional office duties, she has assisted with payroll, accounts payable/receivable, company insurance, fleet management and human resources, including new-hire paperwork, tax forms, drug screens and background checks.
Administrative & Accounting Assistant
Gabriela joined the AccountingRx team in 2018. She has over five years of experience in accounts payable, as well as several years of office management, administrative work and customer service experience. Having worked in both industrial construction and intermodal trucking, she is no stranger to a fast-paced industry and looks forward to bringing her skill set to serve AccountingRx’s client base. Gabriela holds a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in International Studies with a minor in Political Science from Spring Hill College.
